SURCHARGED OPTIONAL COVERAGE FACTORY INSTALLED NAVIGATION SYSTEM: If the Contract Registration Page indicates that You purchased the Navigation System option, we will cover the Navigation System excluded below.

COVERED PARTS Repairs on all assemblies and parts are covered on Your Vehicle with the exception of the following list of What is Not Covered:

Paint, carpet, bright metal, trim, sheet metal, bumpers, body panels, glass, physical damage, molding, upholstery, lenses, sealed beams, light bulbs, fuses, circuit breakers, cellular phones, television/VCR/DVD players, game centers, AM/FM radio/cassette/CD players and speakers exceeding three hundred dollar ($300) repair or replacement costs, audio/video equipment, all touch screen and/or voice activated accessories including related display screens and heads up displays on windshields, electronic transmitting/receiving devices, navigation systems, voice recognition systems, remote control consoles, radar detection devices, weather-strips, all exhaust components, the following emission components: purge valve/solenoids/ sensors, vacuum canister, vapor return canister, vapor return lines/valves, air pump/lines/valves, emission vapor sensors, gas cap/filler neck, catalytic converter, battery, battery cables/harness, spark plug wires, fan belts, non metallic hoses, distributor cap and rotor, shock absorbers, manual/hydraulic clutch assembly, friction clutch disc and pressure plate, weather strips, trim, outside ornamentation, frame and structural body parts, vinyl and convertible tops, canvas top, any convertible top assemblies, fabric top, fiberglass top, hardware or linkages, tires, wheel/rims, wheel balances, safety restraint systems (including air bags), air and water leaks, wind noise, squeaks, rattles, all maintenance services including alignments, brake pads and shoes, brake rotors and drums, tune ups, coolants, lubricants.

EXCLUSIONS - What This Vehicle Service Contract Does Not Cover Normal maintenance items/repairs such as engine tune-ups and front end alignments are not covered. Adjustments/ Alignments to Covered Parts are not covered. In addition, this Contract provides no benefits or coverage and We have no obligation under this Contract for:

• A Breakdown caused by lack of customary, proper, or manufacturer's specified maintenance.
• A Breakdown caused by contamination of or lack of proper fuels, fluids, coolants or lubricants, including a Breakdown caused by failure to replace seals and gaskets in a timely manner.
• Repair or replacement of any parts during a Covered Repair which are not necessary to the completion of the Covered Repair or were not damaged by the failure of a Covered Part.
• A Breakdown caused by off-roading, misuse, abuse, racing or any form of competition, including using Your Vehicle in ANY manner not recommended by the manufacturer.
• A Breakdown caused by or involving modifications to Your Vehicle that are not performed or recommended by the manufacturer.
• Any cost covered by a repairer's or supplier's guarantee, or any cost covered by a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee.
• A Breakdown caused by rust or corrosion. (This does not apply for residents of Minnesota)
• A Breakdown caused by collision, fire, theft, freezing, vandalism, floods or any hazard insurable under standard physical damage insurance policies.
• A Breakdown not occurring in the United States or Canada.
• A Breakdown caused by or for damages resulting from overheating that could have been prevented if You would have used all reasonable means to protect Your Vehicle from this damage.
• Loss of use, loss of time, lost profits or savings, inconvenience, commercial loss, or other incidental loss or consequential damages or loss that results from a Breakdown.
• Liability for damage to property, or for injury to or death of any person arising out of the operation or use of Your vehicle.
• Any cost or other benefit for which the manufacturer has announced its responsibility through any means including public recalls or factory service bulletins.
• Any part not covered by, or excluded by the original vehicle manufacturer's warranty.
• Cost or other damages caused by the failure of a part not listed under Covered Parts.
• Any pre-existing condition.

COVERED PARTS The following is a list of Covered Parts as determined by the coverage You selected, as indicated on Your Vehicle Service Contract. For convenience, Covered Parts are listed next to the vehicle systems to which they are related. The vehicle systems listed are NOT Covered Parts.

DELUXE COVERAGE ENGINE: Cylinder block and cylinder heads and all internally Lubricated Parts ; turbocharger ; supercharger ; harmonic balancer ; timing gear, chain and belt ; timing cover ; intake and exhaust manifolds ; valve covers ; oil pan ; engine mounts; belt tensioners ; cam gear bolt ; harmonic balancer bolt ; and head bolts.

TRANSMISSION: Transmission case and all internally Lubricated Parts ; torque converter ; flywheel/flex plate ; vacuum modulator and transmission mounts ; transmission cooler ; and transmission oil pan.

TRANSFER CASE: Transfer case and all internally Lubricated Parts.

DRIVE AXLE(S): Drive axle housing and all internally Lubricated Parts ; 4X4 actuator ; drive shafts ; universal joints ; constant velocity joints and locking hubs ; center support/carrier bearings ; differential cover ; electronic shift control unit.

AC/HEATING: (Includes only factory or dealer installed equipment) Condenser ; compressor ; compressor clutch ; evaporator ; (includes only factory or dealer installed equipment) compressor pulley ; accumulator ; drier ; expansion valve ; idler pulley ; temperature control programmer ; heater core ; blower motor ; high/low cut off switch ; and pressure cycling switch.

SUSPENSION: Upper and lower control arm shafts, bearings and bushings ; wheel bearings ; spindles ; ball joints ; king pins and bushings ; radius arm and bushings ; stabilizer bar, arm and bushings ; wheel bearings ; torsion bars ; hub assembly springs ; and suspension level control compressor.

STEERING: Steering gear box/rack and all internally Lubricated Parts ; power steering pump ; pitman arm ; idler arm ; tie rod ends ; drag link ; steering column shaft and column couplings.

COOLING: Water pump ; radiator ; cooling fan ; cooling fan motor ; fan clutch ; and coolant recovery tank.

ELECTRICAL: Alternator/generator ; ignition module ; ignition switch ; headlight switch ; turn signal switch ; horns ; distributor (does not include cap and rotor) ; starter motor ; starter solenoid ; starter drive ; windshield wiper motors ; windshield wiper delay switch ; windshield wiper linkage ; windshield washer pump ; power seat motor ; power antenna motor ; power window motors and regulators ; power door locks and actuators ; power trunk release ; wiring harness ; cruise control assembly ; ignition lock cylinder ; manually operated switches ; convertible top motor ; and driver information gauges/indicators (excludes burned out light bulbs). (Original factory installed radio, main speaker system, and single compact disk/cassette player up to a maximum of $300.00 of repair or replacement cost.)

SEALS and Leaking seals and gaskets on any covered part listed above. Minor loss of fluid or seepage is considered

GASKETS: normal and is not considered a Mechanical Breakdown.

NAVIGATION FACTORY INSTALLED NAVIGATION SYSTEM - If the Contract Registration Page indicates that You purchased

SYSTEM: the Navigation System Coverage, we will cover all components of the Navigation system also.

COVERED PARTS
The following is a list of Covered Parts based on the Coverage selected on the Registration page of this Contract. Covered Parts are listed by the Vehicle system to which they apply.

POWERTRAIN COVERAGE
ENGINE: Cylinder block and cylinder heads and all internally Lubricated Parts; turbocharger; supercharger; harmonic balancer; timing gear, chain and belt; and water pump. Seals and gaskets are only Covered when required in connection with the replacement of a Covered Part.

TRANSMISSION: Transmission case and all internally Lubricated Parts; torque converter; flywheel/flex plate; and vacuum modulator. Seals and gaskets are only Covered when required in connection with the replacement of a Covered Part.

TRANSFER CASE: Transfer case and all internally Lubricated Parts. Seals and gaskets are only Covered when required in connection with the replacement of a Covered Part.

DRIVE AXLE(S): Drive axle housing and all internally Lubricated Parts; locking hubs; drive shafts; universal joints; and constant velocity joints unless failure was caused by neglected, torn, cracked, or perforated constant velocity joint boot. Constant velocity joint boots are not Covered under any circumstances. Seals and gaskets are only Covered when required in connection with the replacement of a Covered Part.

SEALS and GASKETS: Seals and gaskets are Covered only as part of repair or replacement of the above Covered Parts. Leaking seals and gaskets are not Covered Parts.

POWERTRAIN PLUS COVERAGE
In addition to the Powertrain Coverage, the following parts are also Covered, if this coverage is selected in the “Coverage Options” section of this Contract.

A/C & HEATING: Condenser; compressor; compressor clutch; and evaporator.

ELECTRICAL: Alternator/generator; A/C blower motor; starter motor; starter solenoid; and starter drive.

POWERTRAIN CHOICE COVERAGE
In addition to the Powertrain and Powertrain Plus Coverage, the following parts are also Covered, if this coverage is selected in the “Coverage Options” section of this Contract.

A/C & HEATING: Accumulator; dryer; expansion valve; condensor fan; and condensor fan motor.

COOLING SYSTEM: Cooling fan; cooling fan motor; and fan clutch.

FUEL SYSTEM: Fuel delivery pump; fuel injection pump; metal fuel lines; fuel pressure regulator; fuel sending unit; and fuel gauge.

ELECTRICAL: Horns; windshield wiper motors; windshield washer pump; power antenna motor; power window motors; window regulators; power door lock actuators; power trunk release; and all manually operated switches.

ENGINE and WATER PUMP – All internally lubricated parts of engine, including pistons, piston rings, piston pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings, timing chain and timing gears, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, oil pump, push rods, rocker arms, hydraulic lifters, rocker arm shafts and water pump. The engine block and cylinder heads are only covered if damaged by the failure of any of the above-listed parts.

TRANSMISSION – Internally lubricated parts of manual or automatic transmissions, including torque converter case if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated Covered Part, oil pump, drums, planetaries, sun gear and shell, shaft(s), bearings, shift rail, forks, and synchronizers.

TRANSFER CASE – All internally lubricated parts.

SEALS & GASKETS – Seals & Gaskets are covered only in conjunction with the repair of a Covered Part.

RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT - We will provide reimbursement for a rental vehicle from a licensed agency in the event of a Breakdown. We will pay up to thirty five (35) dollars for every four (4) hours or portion thereof of approved labor time to complete the Covered Repair (maximum 3 days). The first 4 hours of labor time for any Covered Repair does not qualify for reimbursement. This coverage does not apply to service or parts delays or other time delays beyond Our control or that of the repair facility.

DEDUCTIBLE - No deductible will be assessed provided Covered Repairs are completed at a licensed repair facility.

GOLD COVERAGE – INCLUDES SILVER COVERAGE PLUS THE FOLLOWING:

ELECTRICAL – Starter Motor, alternator, voltage regulator, power window motors, heater fan and front wiper motor.

(b) All lubricated internal parts contained within the cases. (c) Computer modules & solenoids; transmission mounts and internal linkage.
• DRIVE AXLE: (a) Differential housing, transaxle housing & final drive housing, are covered ONLY if damaged by the failure of a lubricated internal part. (b) All lubricated internal parts contained within the housings. (c) Axle shafts; constant velocity joints (CV); universal joints; flexible joints; drive shafts; locking hubs; locking rings; supports, retainer & bearings.
• ELECTRICAL: Alternator; combination turn signal switch; control modules; cruise control transducer, engagement switch & servo; distributor; gauges; horns; starter motor; front and rear wiper motors, electric seat motors, electric window motors, power antenna motors, power door lock actuator; washer pumps; relays; starter and starter solenoid manually operated switches; voltage regulator; window regulators; wiring harnesses for listed covered components.
• STEERING: (a) Gear housing is covered ONLY if damaged by the failure of a lubricated internal part. (b) All lubricated internal parts including: rack & pinion; power steering pump. (c) Main & intermediate shafts; couplings; Pitman arm; idler arm; tie rod ends, drag/ center link.
• AIR CONDITIONING: Compressor; condenser; clutch pulley & clutch coils; evaporator core; accumulator; receiver/dryer; orifice; expansion valve; serpentine belt tensioner; temperature control unit; blower motor; air door actuators/ motors. If the air conditioning system is unable to be repaired due to the shortage, unavailability, or restriction of CFCs by Federal Mandate (i.e. Freon, R-12) then the Administrator does not have any further obligation for repair of the air conditioning system under this Contract. The Administrator has no obligation to install a retrofit kit on Your vehicle that would allow use of any alternative to CFCs.
• SUSPENSION: Upper & lower control radius, thrust and trailing arms, shafts & bushings; upper & lower ball joints; steering knuckles; stabilizer shaft, linkage & bushings; track bar and bushings; kingpin & bushings; spindle & spindle supports; torsion bars, coil & leaf springs; wheel bearings.
• BRAKES: Master cylinder; power assist booster; vacuum assist booster pump; wheel cylinders; combination (proportioning) valves; disc calipers; self-adjusters; actuators.
• ELECTRONIC HIGH-TECH: Pneumatic suspension level control compressor, sensors & limiter valve; electronic coil packs; speed sensors; crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor; instrument cluster; knock sensors; vehicle manufacturer installed anti-theft device; Anti-locking Brake (“ABS”) pump, pressure control module and pressure control valve.
• SEALS, SEALING BOOTS & GASKETS: For the components/parts listed above (Section B.1 thru Section B.9) if the starting true and accurate Vehicle starting odometer mileage is less than 60,000 miles. If the starting true and accurate Vehicle starting odometer mileage is between 60,000 and 100,000 miles then Seals, Sealing Boots, and Gaskets for the components listed in Section B.1 thru B.9 are only covered if the Declarations Page indicates that the optional Deluxe Seals and Gaskets surcharge has been purchased. If the true and accurate Vehicle starting odometer mileage is greater than 100,000 miles, then Seals, Sealing Boots, and Gaskets are not covered.

ONLY THOSE PARTS LISTED ABOVE ARE COVERED PARTS. ANY PARTS NOT LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT COVERED BY YOUR CONTRACT.

OPTIONAL COVERAGES
Unless the Declaration page indicates that one or more of the following optional coverage was purchased, the following components are not included for coverage under this Contract.

• LUXURY ELECTRONICS PACKAGE (LEP): The following specifically named Vehicle Manufacturer/ Factory installed parts are covered: GPS/Navigation Components; Liquid Crystal Display (LCD)Screens; DVD Players; Rearview Back-up Camera and sensors; Voice Activation Systems. Coverage is limited to one (1) replacement per component. The above LEP Coverage is limited only to Failure of the “base unit” and does not cover any remote controls, hand-held controls, wiring, game cartridges, headphones, DVD’s, MP3 Players, programming, or any other non-listed parts for the covered LEP items above.
• EMISSIONS PACKAGE: If You selected and paid an additional charge for the Emissions coverage as shown on Your contract declaration page, the following components of Your vehicle will be covered under this Contract: Air Fuel Ratio Sensor/Oxygen Sensor, Air Pump, Barometric Pressure Sensor, Canister Purge Solenoid, EVAP Purge Canister, EVAP Leak detection Pump and Valve, EVAP vent valve, Deceleration Valve, EGR valve, EGR solenoid, EGR check valve, DPFE sensor, EGR controller, EGR diverter valve, EGR relay, Purge Valve, EGR position sensor, EGR lines, EGR/ EFE Thermal Vacuum Switch, EGR/EFE Valve, Engine Oil Fill Cap, Fuel Fill Cap, Fuel Fill Neck Restrictor, Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor, Fuel Tank Vent Valve, Fuel Temperature Sensor, Idle Air Control Valve, Intake Air Resonator, Intake Air Temperature Sensor, MAP Sensor, Mass Air Flow Sensor, PCV Sensor, Air injection control valve, Air injection check valve, Air injection Pump, Air injection Relay, Coverage for components listed in this coverage supersedes those excluded in the exclusions section of this Contract.

The following ADDITIONAL BENEFITS (Only for Your covered Vehicle) are provided with Your Contract, except where prohibited by law. These benefits do not apply during the Waiting Period:

YOUR CONTRACT DEDUCTIBLE DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL CONTRACT BENEFITS.

• CAR RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT: If Your Vehicle becomes inoperable and has to remain overnight for repair at the Authorized Repair Facility, the Administrator agrees, in the event that the Mechanical Breakdown or Failure has been authorized by the Administrator, to reimburse You for rental car transportation from a licensed vehicle rental company (except where prohibited by law). Such expense shall be limited to forty dollars ($40) per calendar day not to exceed one hundred sixty dollars ($160) per occurrence regardless of repair delays and/or delays associated with the shipment of parts needed for covered repairs. We reserve the right to select the rental car company that you use. Your car rental benefit is based upon the number of labor hours required to repair Your Vehicle as listed in a nationally recognized labor time guide selected by the Administrator. Each eight (8) hour period of flat labor counts as one day. Rental car benefits require prior approval by the Administrator.
• TOWING ASSISTANCE: When towing is necessary as a result of an authorized Mechanical Breakdown or Failure of a Covered Part and the Vehicle is towed to the nearest authorized service facility, You will be reimbursed up to $50.00.

• AUDIO CENTER: Vehicle manufacturer installed radios, magnetic tape players/recorders, compact disc players, and graphic equalizers. Coverage does not include remote compact disc players/changes, regardless of location.

ONLY THOSE PARTS LISTED ABOVE ARE COVERED PARTS. ANY PARTS NOT LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT COVERED BY YOUR CONTRACT.

• EMISSIONS PACKAGE: If You selected and paid an additional charge for the Emissions coverage as shown on Your contract declaration page, the following components of Your vehicle will be covered under this Contract: Air Fuel Ratio Sensor/Oxygen Sensor, Air Pump, Barometric Pressure Sensor, Canister Purge Solenoid, EVAP Purge Canister, EVAP Leak detection Pump and Valve, EVAP vent valve, Deceleration Valve, EGR valve, EGR solenoid, EGR check valve, DPFE sensor, EGR controller, EGR diverter valve, EGR relay, Purge Valve, EGR position sensor, EGR lines, EGR/ EFE Thermal Vacuum Switch, EGR/EFE Valve, Engine Oil Fill Cap, Fuel Fill Cap, Fuel Fill Neck Restrictor, Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor, Fuel Tank Vent Valve, Fuel Temperature Sensor, Idle Air Control Valve, Intake Air Resonator, Intake Air Temperature Sensor, MAP Sensor, Mass Air Flow Sensor, PCV Sensor, Air injection control valve, Air injection check valve, Air injection Pump, Air injection Relay, Coverage for components listed in this coverage supersedes those excluded in the exclusions section of this Contract.

The following ADDITIONAL BENEFITS (Only for Your covered Vehicle) are provided with Your Contract, except where prohibited by law. These benefits do not apply during the Waiting Period:

YOUR CONTRACT DEDUCTIBLE DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL CONTRACT BENEFITS.

• CAR RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT: If Your Vehicle becomes inoperable and has to remain overnight for repair at the Authorized Repair Facility, the Administrator agrees, in the event that the Mechanical Breakdown or Failure has been authorized by the Administrator, to reimburse You for rental car transportation from a licensed vehicle rental company (except where prohibited by law). Such expense shall be limited to forty dollars ($40) per calendar day not to exceed one hundred sixty dollars ($160) per occurrence regardless of repair delays and/or delays associated with the shipment of parts needed for covered repairs. We reserve the right to select the rental car company that you use. Your car rental benefit is based upon the number of labor hours required to repair Your Vehicle as listed in a nationally recognized labor time guide selected by the Administrator. Each eight (8) hour period of flat labor counts as one day. Rental car benefits require prior approval by the Administrator.
• TOWING ASSISTANCE: When towing is necessary as a result of an authorized Mechanical Breakdown or Failure of a Covered Part and the Vehicle is towed to the nearest authorized service facility, You will be reimbursed up to $50.00.
